·         Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you.

·         Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.

·         Lost, damaged or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged in any manner.

·         Children 0 - 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket and can be collected at customer Service desk.

·         Free admission for people of Determination 

·         Last entry 1 hour before closing of the venue

·         Kids go Free Offer: 

·         Offer is valid from 1st June to 7th July 2024, not valid during Public Holiday.

·         Offer is valid for 1 kid free for every 1 paying adult.
